Instructional Designer role:

• 3-5 years of instructional design experience
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge in HTML, CSS
• Proficient in any of the following Learning Management Systems: Moodle, Canvas or Blackboard
• Experience in creating exercises, quizzes, and activities.
• Analyse and apply best practices of instructional design to e-learning programs.
• Must be willing to learn new technologies and software and quickly adapt to agile workflows.
• Create, maintain, and update checklists, guidance documents, style sheets, brand guidelines etc.
• Must have the ability to design and develop engaging and innovative learning solutions with less guidance or supervision.
• Experience in creating gamified learning programs, microlearning will be an added advantage.
• Experience working in higher education and curriculum development will be an added advantage.
• Should be able to visualize supporting materials for courses and transform them into engaging illustrations/ videos.
• Must be adept in tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, TechSmith Camtasia & Adobe Suite
• Any knowledge on Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Powtoon and other tools related to e-learning will be an added advantage.
