Ensuring discipline in the class and fulfill session objectives

Setting right expectations regarding job opportunities available in

Ensuring students are completing online mandate and attempt quizzes in time bound manner.

Taking periodic feedback to ensure that the students are showing improvement both in behaviour and knowledge.

Current awareness related to economy, finance and govt. policies

Excellent communication

Languages- English, Kandada, Hindi

Ability to connect with young people

Training skills (QBD, ILT, Students centric learning)

Sales acumen & convincing power
