Work with the Learning Manager to prepare and execute training calendars and Adhoc training programs
Sharing session invites as needed based on calendar or requests
Monitor registration for classes and provide updates to management on class level
Preparation & distribution of course material, room readiness etc.
Maintenance of class rosters and processing of class evaluation reports
Management report generation for employee training activity
Monthly and quarterly Report training activity metrics and results for all courses
Pwc training administration, utilization & class readiness
Training system administration for various Learning Management and e-learning systems
Liaise with Global Learning Operations team in maintaining Learning Management System processes and procedures
Offer first level troubleshooting for employee concerns related to any area of training, including the LMS
