• This is a client facing job
• You will be in touch with our clients who call or email us
• You will inform the clients about the various services we provide
• Meet the clients in person when they visit our centre
• Assist senior counselors
• Service any queries the clients will have (we will train you fully for the same)
• Follow up regularly and build relationships with the client over many years, until the client goes off to their dream college!

Required Candidate profile

• Excellent English Speaking and Writing Skills (Natural Fluency in English is mandatory)
• Accent Free English Skills (Native English ability)
• Pleasant personality, and willingness to meet with clients – must be a people person
• Excellent computer skills – GMAIL / Google Drive, HubSpot CRM software, MS Office are used daily
• Must be organised – able to plan your schedule, and help children plan theirs
• Willing to learn about the education abroad industry – quick learners, able to research independently, will be preferred
• Must be an independent worker!

Past knowledge in the industry is a plus! But not mandatory. We encourage people with great communication and interest in working with clients to apply.

Perks and Benefits
Will be in line with your english speaking and writing skills, computer skills and past experience. Salary Range is between Rs.25,000 to Rs 50,000 per month depending on experience, skills, computer skills, background, etc.

Timings & Office Locations :

We have openings in Mumbai (2),

MUMBAI Office – we work from 11 am – 7:30 PM Mondays – Saturdays. Sundays are off. Office is located in Kala Ghoda, Fort. Office is located close to CST and VT stations.

Growth

You can grow to become a centre manager and then regional manager in 2-3 years if you work hard! Our employees typically have a long tenure with us.
