Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field with a solid academic record
· Candidates from recognized Indian/Abroad universities are highly preferred.
· Minimum of 2+ experience in Business Development/ Sales.

Roles & Responsibility:
· To become familiar with the company’s vision and mission while working to achieve predetermined goals and objectives.
- Boost sales by prospecting target clients for increased business growth in multiple schools and organizations.
· Determine sales targets and ensure they are successfully achieved & find new partners and business prospects.
- Build strategic partnerships with multiple schools based in India for webinars, consultations, and workshops and to develop business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other papers.
- Keeping track of revenue generated and expenditure/sales.
· Gathering and keeping up with client data in the database.
- Senior Managers across the organization; supporting managers and team leaders in necessary corrective actions.
- Discovering potential customers and conducting market research.
· Ability to fulfill deadlines and multi-task while managing projects.
- Analyze plans and innovative strategies to further the business and sales.
- Enhance the company’s reputation by continually improving the organization’s performance and collaborating with employees from all divisions to put growth goals into action.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on cross-functional major projects that call for marketing activities aimed at acquiring customers, such as events, etc.
- Guide the team to initiate phone and video calls with prospective clients (students and parents).
- Follow up with prospects and close sales within the cycle (overseas admissions).
- Look at new paid acquisition channels and vendor alliances.
- Manage the budgeting and planning of digital marketing programs to promote user growth and revenue expansion.
- Identify trends and insights and based on the insights, optimize spending and performance.
- Monitor reporting on the effectiveness of various departments and evaluate against objectives (return on investment and performance metrics).
- Developing and ensuring compliance with the organization’s performance management structure and processes.

Salary: ₹60,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
