Qualification:

1. MSc in Physical/Natural Science with minimum 8 to 10 years of teaching experience.

2. M.Ed and/or PhD.

Responsibilities:

The Pre-University College Principal is responsible for overseeing the administration and management of the college, ensuring the achievement of academic and operational goals, and promoting a positive and supportive learning environment for students and staff. Key responsibilities include:

1. Developing and implementing academic policies and programs.

2. Recruiting, training, and supervising faculty and staff.

3. Managing the college budget and resources.

4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider community.

5. Monitoring student progress and ensuring high academic standards are maintained.

6. Promoting a safe and inclusive campus environment.

7. Representing the college in external meetings and partnerships.

8. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
