Job description
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the team of educational specialist, train and mentor them
- Developing an in-depth understanding of the various products and services provided by Yardstick.
- Provide product information, using lectures, films, charts, and/or slide shows to stakeholders. Prepare and alter presentation contents to target specific audiences.
- Have a clear understanding of the implementation process of the product/program in schools in order to explain relevant processes, methods, or services to stakeholders.
- Develop materials required to improve/alter implementation processes as per the requirement of the client.
- Answer telephones/ emails/ texts and respond to inquiries from partner schools regarding implementation.
- Create, compile and export/import databases containing information regarding program implementation.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to commence/take over the program in schools and understand the deliverables.
- Coordinate with the Product development team for the purpose of mapping and aligning the program with the curriculum/yearly plan.
- Work closely with the Operations team to create program implementation plans and ensure timely delivery of learning materials and other deliverables.
- Fix dates for workshops/need based or PD training/meetings and update the school on any latest development.
- Design and develop teachers support and training programs for various products.
- Take up workshops, need-based training both online as well as offline in partner schools as per the requirement.
- Design and develop training status update reports.
- Collect and track data at every checkpoint of implementation. Analyze data to ensure client deliverables are monitored and delivered.
- Consolidate product usage information from schools to generate monthly/ quarterly/ yearly reports for the school administration/ stakeholders.
- Generate analytical reports for the Product Development Team to innovate, design & improve the products.
- Travel to partner schools for training, demos and meetings whenever required.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
- Minimum qualification required is Bachelors in Science/Engineering with proficiency in Science subjects/ Math/ IT
- Experience as a Teacher/ Facilitator/ Project coordinator would be preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Having sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive Tools
- Organisational skills and an ability to be able to set priorities, plan timelines and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and proactively, without support staff and with no supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹475,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
