Systems training (POS & AS400)

– Product Training

– Soft skills & Behavioural training.

• Coordinating with various brands to conduct training at store as per the convenience of store employees as well as Brand trainers.
• On floor evaluation and feedback from employees regarding the difficulty faced in selling and the kind of training required.
• Preparation of Product related modules.
• Preparing MIS for all the trainings conducted by the trainers as well as the brands.

Preparation of training calendar for all the stores handled by the trainers.
