Responsibilities

Preparing curriculum, lesson plans, and assignment topics

Monitoring daily activities and providing clear instructions

Helping students make rational clinical judgments

Preparing lesson plans and presenting the same in classroom

Developing course content and gathering reference materials

Encouraging students to sharpen their skills and clinical knowledge

Organizing and participating in various educational programs and events

Discussing and explaining theoretical principles to students

Travelling to other institutes and healthcare centers as a visiting faculty

Guiding students on their visits to the healthcare centers and overseeing student-patient interactions

Conducting research and publishing it in academic journals

Assigning academic tasks to students and evaluating their score

Ensuring that all the course objectives are met

Providing theoretical as well as practical training to students

Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships with students

Delivering guest lectures and presentations

Participating and speaking at conferences

Networking with other professionals at workshops and other literary events

Visiting other colleges and universities as an external resource person or moderator

Attending faculty meetings

Encouraging a learning environment in the class

Providing academic support to Assistant Professors and Trainee Teachers

Analyzing teaching methods and suggesting improvement measures

Providing academic counseling to students when needed

Conducting recruitment programs, campus interviews, and internship facilities for students

Assigning different assignment/project topics to students

Supervising and assessing students work

Adhering to the Government rules and regulations when performing your daily duties

Requirements

Qualification – MS in General Surgery dept.(Surgery)

Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field

Proven work experience as a Clinical Professor or a similar role in the any reputed educational institute

Complete knowledge of various clinical activities and teaching techniques

Research-driven and detail-oriented individual

Excellent communication, presentation and teaching skills

Experience – teaching experience as Associate Professor in the concerned speciality in Medical College. 2 Research Publication during the tenure of Associate Professor

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good time management and organizational skills

Willingness to travel to different locations

Displaying a calm composure

Having a record of published works is desirable
