Job Description :

• Set and execute operations in the zones & other allotted clusters. Need to initiate new tie ups with Government /Government Aided Schools /Trust run schools in the allotted clusters. Identify and engage corporates and individual donor base. Plan and facilitate Train the mentor sessions on a periodical basis to prepare the strong batch of mentor’s in the allotted Zone. Daily & regular update to the HO Team on the project progress and challenges. Assist the HO team in content development or other project related coordination. Manage the school relationships, specifically with teachers and HMs. Manage the data sudation in the CRM tool with high accuracy.
• Good Oral communication, Relationship Building, Planning and execution’s skills, Good coordination, Extrovert, Good in MS Office and Passionate about women empowerment.
• Master of Social Work /BSW
• Need to have experience in school education projects /related causes. Should be passionate about training.
