Job Responsibilities: Recruiters develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies designed to fulfill University staffing needs.
Responsible for screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating, and following through until the candidate joins.
Understands the Talent Pool available and identifies the key motivators for them to join an organization.
Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources.
Do effective discussions on Salary to ensure a fair remuneration package for the member basis their skillset.
Identify and submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers basis the JD provided and softer nuances shared
Hands on Job Boards like Monster, LinkedIn, Naukri, Job Diva, Indeed , employee references and personal references.
Scheduling Interviews at different levels (Video via Zoom/Skype/Google Meeting), F2FBuild and execution recruitment Plan for special recruitment drives in collaboration with Business Leads guidance to meet targets
Keep all the candidates data/record in provided ATS.
Good hands on LinkedIn Portal (Xray Search, Boolean search etc.
Regular follow up with offered candidates to get them onboard without fail.
Experience Required: 2 years of relevant experience is required.
Strong interpersonal skills, strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Strong communication skills – verbal, written, listening and presentation.
Strong analytical skills.
Expertise in MS Office, MS Excel, Social Media etc.
Has to be a strong understanding of the recruitment process.
