Job Description
Responsibilities
- Be a mentor and guide, who potential Working Professionals can look up to for career advice.
- Counselling potential Working Professionals, helping them plan their career path.
- Carrying weekly enrollment/revenue and collection targets.
- Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of ours and IIM model of online/blended learning.
- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone, product demonstration (If required), sales closing and post-sales relationship management.
- Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality
KPI’s
- 3 hours of talk time on an average per day
- 4-5 enrolled students per week a minimum.
- Weekly revenue targets to be met consistently.
Requirements
- Individual with outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Hardworking Individuals with high dedication and extreme determination.
- Experience in EdTech sales would be an advantage.
- Great listeners and trustworthy individuals who can bond with our potential Working Professionals. Individuals with the ability to approach any situation with patience and powerful empathy.
- Individuals who take a disciplined approach towards building sales funnel, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks and overachieving targets and deadlines.
- Sales bent of mind, to understand and effectively communicate what we are offering to its prospective Working Professionals and achieve revenue targets.
- Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service at all time.
Work Location & Working Days
- Mandatory Work from Office Role from Day 1
- 5 Days Working with rotational week offs- 10:00Am to 9:00P.M. rotational shifts.
- Performance Link Incentives -INR 20,000 per month performance linked incentives (on successfully achieving the numbers)
