Job Description The key responsibilities of the role will be as follows: . Identify the training requirements for a large number of employees of various Retail Asset functional Learning areas of the Bank through continuous liaising with respective Retail Asset Function heads (Mortgages, Working capital, Business Loans, Personal Loans, Credit card, Consumer Durables) across Sales, Credit, Risk, Legal, Technical, collections and cross-sell functions. . Visualize and develop content to ensure job readiness of a retail asset employee through a team of content developers including but not restricted to Digital learnings, On the job trainings and Content development for induction, refreshers, role based, systems, customer experience, functional training content for Trainer Led Programs also covering training facilitator guides, pre and post training assessments/ evaluations. . Vetting and approving digital and VILT content prepared and developed by team. . Identify new roles and businesses added in Retail Assets and be able to quickly put in place a training program for the role. . Creation of content for Bank’s chat bot (KAIRA) and constantly monitoring it for changes and for training Retail Asset employees. . Identify the areas/processes which need to improve and present to management during review meetings. . Visualise and deliver intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile app. . Identify Vendors for delivering e-learning content and look for the latest effective training delivery systems in the industry, understand, negotiate the best rates and implement the training programs through best possible methods. . Draw up Service agreements, Non-disclosure agreements with vendors in close liaison with legal and risk teams. . Seek timely approvals and ensure payments of external vendors. . Ensure that the e-learning library, Bank’s digital content library, VILT content is updated constantly with latest content. Also keep adding new courses as per regulatory and business needs. . Review On the Job (OJT) training needs for new joinees and make the OJT workbook completely digital. Work with Organisational Learning /HR team to review new roles created, new hierarchy created etc. . Constantly Upskill on latest developments in training . Liaise with business teams and identify problem statements and develop content (SMILE/KLAPP/VILT) around resolution of the issues and bring about a needle movement. . Liaise with business to ensure 100% completion of all learning parameters . Ensure that trainer led content is delivered to the required audience by closely working with the Zonal training managers. . Work out the Training Needs and Functional training budget and get approval for same from Retail Asset Business heads. Utilise the budgets judiciously as per the requirements of business in a timely manner. Skills: . Should possess strong knowledge of Consumer Asset products and should have worked with asset products for at least___ years in any capacity. . Should be comfortable with Excel/ PowerPoint and should be aware of New Training Techniques that can be implemented. Also aware of working with content creation tools like Articulate, Powtoon, Captivate etc . Excellent spoken and written communication to interact with Senior Management and other HO Departments and excellent presentation skills
