Selected fellow’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Teaching soft skills to underprivileged youth which will help them get a better livelihood

2. Preparing activity-based lessons with a major focus on the theme & examples related to the daily lifestyle of children living in a slum/underserved community

3. Teaching the conversation needed in the working place which includes professional application writing, mail writing, social media post writing, interview skills, presentations, project making, etc.

4. Contributing to students learning, growth, & advancement by evaluating students’ performance on a regular basis

5. Collaborating effectively with the foundation to enhance students’ performance and meet professional obligations through efficient work habits, such as meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, and coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner
