Job Description – Counsellor

• Contact potential or existing students/parents to inform them about the course and career counselling
• Handling Tele Enquiry and regular follow up on leads
• Counsel students regarding the course.
• Evoke interest in students
• Rapport building with students and parents
• Enquiries handling and generating valid walk in’s scrutinizing & enrolling eligible candidates
• Support all marketing initiatives
• To ensure maximum and effective utilization of leads provided.
• Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by company policy Provide
• Crisis intervention for students in difficult situations
• Communicate with students & parents to ensure successful completion of the program
• Support in administrative work
• Assist with marketing activities to promote the project
• Perform related duties as assigned.
• Representing the company during fairs and events
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes

Job Location – Kuloor, Mangalore, Karnataka

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Counselling: 1 year (Preferred)
