Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Training inhouse new recruits for US Staffing and Recruitments processes, specializing in the healthcare clinical roles and familiarizing them with the know-how of healthcare industrial standards.
- Analyze the training requirements allocated by the training head and train recruits to better meet the criticalities, also to help recruits understand the technical implications of the job through constant interactions.
- Facilitate training delivery and BAU (Business as Usual) requirements through VLE (Virtual Learning Environment) and LMS.
- Advocate training CMS for all the training handouts,
- To ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.
- Daily updates and weekly reports with sprint calls with the training team to coordinate and schedule trainings as planned with the training manager.
- To ensure periodical updating of CMS and developing prospected training materials.
- Ability of sourcing and Boolean operations applications is added advantage.
- To have technical efficiency in use of different job boards, linked In and ATS.
- To be able to simulate real time issues through mock calls and case study to evaluate trainees on multiple parameters such as call and sourcing skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Title: Sr./Executive Process Trainer
Location: Noida, Delhi NCR | Onsite 5 days
Level: Entry Level (2-4Years) US Healthcare – Clinical Recruitment Experience.
Mandatory Skills:
- Excellent demonstration communication and emotional quotient.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced international environment.
- Ability to work concurrently work on multiple tasks
Education Qualifications: BSc/ MSc Nursing, Biomedical, BE/ ME/ BTECH Biotechnology are preferred in the sequential order. If none of them, the priority shall be for the resources with prior healthcare clinical experience.
