• Candidate should be N1/N2 certified OR N3 certified having 5+ years of Work-Ex
• Candidate should have 5~10 years of work experience as a Japanese Language professional
• Excellent spoken English/Japanese skills (mandatory)
• Excellent JP-EN Translation skills (mandatory)
• Excellent EN-JP Translation skills (preferred)
• IT background / Exposure to Japan (preferred)

• J-E and E-J, JP translation & estimation
• Work allocation & Monitoring
• Translation Reviews
• Quality & Productivity tracking (as per defined process)
• Delivery Management.
• Need-based Client Interfacing & Interpretation
