Collect information, Communicate & Convince students over online/live/Video Call, One to one meetings and over Appointments.

Submission of Customer data online thru google forms or other medium.

Motivate customers (Subscribers) to make a permanent shift to a regular Crisis-Prevention Counselling Program.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Graduates/Diploma in Psychology/ Social Welfare/ Finance /Healthcare

Minimum 1 years experience as Counsellor. Freshers shall be required to attend 6 weeks online training before starting work.

Diploma/ Degree/ Certification in aforesaid fields.Others can start work

Pleasing personality & Strong communication and listening skills.

Ability to understand, Speak & Convince effectively.

Energetic, passionate about mental fitness and wellness, motivated, creative and enthusiastic.

Compensation:

Fixed: Rs.12000/- to 25000/- p.m. with Incentives based on No. of Appointments/Sessions.
