Novac is currently hiring for Senior Trainer – Life Insurance
Location: Chennai
Role: Senior Trainer – Life Insurance
Experience: 2 – 5 Years
Prior Domain Experience: Life Insurance/ Investments
Job Description:
- We are looking for trainers from Life Insurance domain
- Candidate should be a Graduate with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the market as a Trainer in Back End process
- Should have trained on Insurance/ Banking products
- Should have good communication grip in English Language
- Should be proficient in Tamil, Telugu.
- Should be proficient with MIS skills (MS Office)
- Ability to create and revamp training content
- Candidate with Life Insurance, Investment and Loan experience shall be preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Should be able to deliver Induction & Other Skill based Program for the fresh recruits
- Will have to conduct Product & Process Training and manage coaching for the existing workforces
