Job Description :

• He/she should have an in-depth knowledge of the microbiology field
• Plan, organize, and deliver biology instruction in didactic, laboratory and/or classroom settings to promote student success within a community college setting.
• Teach aspects of molecular and clinical microbiology, including virology, as a member of a teaching team in a developing capacity within established undergraduate and postgraduate programs of study, with the assistance of a mentor if required.
• Maintain cutting-edge knowledge in relevant areas through continuing professional development (CPD)
• Is required to be aware of the risks in the work environment and their potential impact on their own work and that of others
• Perform laboratory experiments that are used in the diagnosis and treatment of illnesses
• Review literature and the findings of other researchers and attend conferences
• Assisting students in developing/designing projects, patents and in preparing at least case studies which can aid to teaching.

• M.Sc. (Microbiology )
• MBBS
• M.D. (Microbiology )
• DNB (Microbiology )
• MBBS with M.Sc. (Microbiology )
• M.Sc. (Microbiology ) with Ph.D. (Microbiology)
• M.Sc. (Microbiology ) with D.Sc. (Microbiology).
• Candidate must have the knowledge of Dental Practice in the Clinical Field.
• Having worked as a Microbiologist in a hospital field would be a great advantage.
