Min. 2 years experience as English teacher or Trainer. Experience of teaching English as a language with grammatical training preferred. Educational Qualification- Graduates in English. Postgraduates in English or Degree/Diploma in Education is preferred. Certification of CELTA or Cert TESOL is preferred as additional Linguistic proficiency. Excellent English pronunciation and grammar. Excellent written Skills. Experience in a English speaking country a plus. Soft skills: Candidates will need to show evidence of the following: a friendly and confident manner; excellent spoken and written communication skills; flexibility and an adaptable teaching style; creative skills and ideas for planning practical and interesting lessons; effective listening skills; sensitivity. Should be patient and energetic. Should be passionate about education and teaching.
