Job responsibilities

• Effectively convey the organization’s mission, vision, and programs to potential donors

• Organize regularly meeting with new funding agency, corporate sector, PSUs, NGO

• Spot new fundraising opportunities

• Develop and coordinate web-based fundraising including social media

• Ensure major donors are satisfied and kept in the loop

• Plan fundraising initiatives to help the organization meet financial goals

• Organize fundraising events while overseeing teams of volunteers

• Manage a budget and track whether goals are being met

• Preparation of fundraising report, database and documents

Skills and Qualifications

• Master degree in communications, business, public relations, or a related field from reputed university or college

• A minimum of seven years’ fundraising or marketing experience

• Strong liaison skill

• A passion for research
