Profile – Team Leader (BPO)
Location – Gurgaon , Noida
Salary – 35000 Inhand
Experience- 1 year as a team leader

Should be comfortable in handling Outbound/Inbound/Back-office/Blended process as per requirements.
Should be ready to handle escalations based on customer requests.
Should have good knowledge of MS office ( Excel, Word and PPT)6. Should be experienced in handling Outbound/Inbound Process, with a team of minimum 20 to 25 people.
Should be able to handle team issues, manage Roster, keep attrition under control, and shrinkage under check
