• Developing curricula and delivering course material.
• Conducting research, fieldwork, and investigations, and writing up reports.
• Publishing research, attending conferences, delivering presentations, and networking with others in the field.
• Traveling to other universities or academic settings to participate in learning opportunities and gain experience.
• Knowledge on applying/facing accreditation bodies such as NBA, NAAC etc.,
• Participating in committee, departmental, and faculty meetings.
• Providing training and mentoring to teaching assistants and junior lecturers.
• Reviewing methods and teaching materials and making recommendations for improvement.
• Assisting with student recruitment, interviews, and academic counselling sessions.
• Contributing to the creation of an environment that promotes growth, equality, and freedom of speech.
• Funded projects and consultancy, global certifications in respective specialisations will be an added advantage

Professor Requirements:
• BE/B.Tech & ME/ M.Tech in Computer Science with 1st class, Ph.D. in Computer Sciencefor reputed university in India/globally (Mandatory).
• 10 years teaching/ research /industrial experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate professor. or Minimum of 13 years’ experience in teaching and / or Research and /or Industry.In case of research experience, good academic record and books/ research paper publications /IPR/ patents record shall be required as deemed fit by the expert members of the selection committee.Extensive experience teaching in an academic setting.
• If the experience in industry is considered, the same shall be at managerial level equivalent to Associate Professor with active participation record in devising/ designing, planning, executing, analyzing, quality control, innovating, training, technical books/ research paper publications / IPR/ patents, etc., as deemed fit by the expert members of the Selection committee.
• Should have graduated 2 PhD Students (Mandatory)
• Published articles and proven experience as an academic.
• Excellent presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
• A sound understanding of and passion for subject matter.
• Willingness to work long hours, and travel frequently.
• A growth mindset and excellent networking abilities.
• Impact factor publications/patents (minimum 10 in Scopus/SEI/ESEI) is mandatory
