As an Education Fellow, you will play a vital role as a subject expert, responsible for quality assurance
of questions and training expert, responsible for capacity building, learning and development, facilitation.
Key roles and responsibilities include:
• Build capacity in internal and external stakeholders on examination reform: Support teams
through workshops on assessment architecture design and assessment item writing in various
subjects
• Collaborate with internal teams (Content Development & Pedagogical Research, Board Reforms,
Assessments, etc.) and partner organizations (assessment vendors, experts, etc.) to deliver a
high-quality collaterals
• Manage regular engagement with key stakeholders for assessments and/or regulatory work
• Create, review and suggest questions on different question characteristics as defined by the state
for the subjects assigned.
• Undertake question review exercise and create assessment tools.
• Ensure quality control of the questions and content.
• Working in coordination with team coordinator to deliver the required deliverables to State
Assessment Cell.
