Responsibilities
Obsess over every child and help bridge the gap between the parent’s desires and the child’s actions at the centre
Onboard children at Openhouse and help them get acquainted with the space
Monitor children during outdoor activities and interact with the children to enhance their learning Plan and execute their milestones & achievements
Build child profile and progress reports
Track child attendance and detractor behaviour
Work with cross-functional teams to drive a child’s engagement, growth and development at Openhouse
Ideal Candidate
Degree in B.ed or Psychology
Minimum 2 years of experience working with young children
Caring and compassionate attitude is a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work with multiple stakeholders
Working knowledge of Ms office
Knowledge of first Aid and proficiency in Kannada would be a bonus
