Position : Student Counsellor.

Kayhan Academy of Animation, has a vacancy for the position of Student Counsellor at their Head Office in Mumbai.

The Candidate will be part of Call Centre Team and go about the responsibilities under direction of the Business Head, to provide counselling in the areas of – admissions, academics, student services, program selection and career planning.

Duties & Responsibilities •

Handling counselling via multiple channels including telephone calls, chats, emails and Social Media. In addition, convert the prospective admission seekers, generated from different sources, for the courses offered by KAA. • Provide comprehensive counselling to the Prospective Students. • Working with telephony and CRM systems • Follow-up on received calls, co-ordination with other Departments on difficulties encountered by Students. • Any other work / responsibility as assigned by the Business Head from time to time

Qualifications •

Graduate • Experience – 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience. • Previous experience working as a Counsellor in an education institute preferred Skills & Abilities • Good written and spoken English language skills • Good Communication Skills • Ability to speak clearly and articulately • Ability to manage complaint calls with a calm disposition • Patience • Willingness to learn and understand all the products and services offered by the Academy • Ability to multi-task

Salary: ₹10,876.52 – ₹25,638.03 per month
