Profile Shortlisting
We have a standardized procedure for shortlisting resumes. When we receive resumes of applicants for the Tutor post, our expert panel will review and take a decision. The candidates whose resumes are shortlisted, will be informed about the next step in the selection process, along with the date and time.
Interview
Selected candidates will be required to attend an interview through video call with our recruitment panel. During the interview, the panel will assess the applicant’s expertise in the subject, through various means as they may deem necessary.
Video Assessment
Applicants who clear the video interview will be required to undergo a further session of about 3 to 5 minutes where they will be asked a few questions. In this session the candidates are evaluated on parameters like communication, work experience, clarity of speech, approach to teaching, posture and energy, attitude, and so on. Applicants should posses a good computer, web camera, adequate internet bandwidth, and a passion to teach.
Training and Evaluation
Applicants who clear all three levels will be informed of their selection; Tuition Hub will provide training to the new recruits on the use of the Learning Platform to ensure effective learning for students. On completion of training, a final evaluation will be conducted by Senior Faculty.
