We are looking for a Senior Manager – Talent Development & Management to surge the organisation’s learning and talent development culture. In this pivotal role, you will work directly with the Head of Human Capital in assessing and driving org-wide learning and developmental needs along with the performance management initiatives best suited to the diverse employee portfolio. Job Responsibilities
Learning & Development:
1. Proven experience in conducting periodic Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across job roles, functions and organisation levels to ensure employees are equipped to do their jobs effectively.
2. Implement and execute training workshops and interventions based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to align business and individual needs for the organisation
3. Proficiency in conceptualising, designing and implementing engaging and innovative face-to-face/blended learning materials for L&D workshops and e-learning modules
4. Ability to leverage multi-faceted learning solutions and build frameworks to embed learning in a hyper-growth startup
5. Build rapport, understand each function’s unique learning needs, and devise a measurable learning and performance management plan that brings value to the business.
6. Hands-on knowledge of learning management platforms and practices
7. Competence in managing multiple projects right from analysis through delivery
8. Maintain monthly, quarterly and annual dashboards & MIS for reviews
9. Expertise in managing L&D budgets independently
Performance Management:
1. Ensure that all the functions are aligned with the organisation’s strategic goals and objectives.
2. Conduct regular performance evaluations for individuals as well as teams to measure their progress
3. Work with internal stakeholders and managers to provide coaching and feedback on how they can improve their and their team’s performance.
4. Creating employee evaluation forms and conducting performance evaluations
5. Work with the Head of Human Capital in creating a systemic succession planning framework
Job Requirements
1. Over 10-12 years of total work experience, out of which 8+ years in a senior L&D role or organisational development and talent management
2. Any undergraduate degree from a reputed university, with an advanced diploma/certificate in learning and development or organisational development
2. Ability to identify organisational needs and areas for improvement and to address these by guiding the development of better processes
3. Adept at providing facilitation and coaching to leaders at different levels
4. Proven skills in identifying the skill gap, building end-to-end training programs, and ability to measure the business impact
5. Ability to communicate complex topics effectively and ability to persuade and convince senior stakeholders
6. Proficiency in L&D and performance management data analytics
7. Strong problem-solving and business acumen skills with te ability to understand how diverse organisational structures and dynamics relate to execution
8. Outstanding project management and organisational skills
