We are looking for a Freelance Counsellor having less than 5yrs of experience

Who can regularly take calls and engage with the clients to provide initial help and support. You will assist senior counsellors & Therapists in suggesting the coping mechanisms to clients and guide them through stressful situations.

Your duties will also include listening to clients, asking necessary questions, and developing effective mechanisms to improve their lives.

The successful candidate will also be friendly and professional, with outstanding people skills.

Aptitude to empathize with the people and genuine willingness to help clients in overcoming their life issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listening to Clients and understanding the Client’s Mental & Emotional state.
• Helping Client to determine the appropriate next steps and connect them with Counsellors / Therapists.
• Professionally Certified Therapists / Counselors suggested treatment /therapies explanation to clients on a regular basis..
• Helping clients with appropriate coping mechanisms to help them through tough situations

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• Graduate/Post Graduate degree/diploma in Counselling, Psychology Education Or Social work.
• A minimum of less than 5 years of experience as a Counsellor of any other Similar Hospital /Clinic/ Educational Institutes / School.
• Time management, Multi-tasking and co-ordination skills..
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to Independently manage the centre operations-client engagement.
• Coordination with support network professionals, and all other necessary sales and marketing support activities to increase customer outreach and effective running of the Centre.

Contract length: 12 months

Salary: ₹180,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
