Role description:

– Follow up on fresh enquiries through inbound calls, outbound calls, chat or email.

– Answer student queries by understanding their needs and requirements.

– Route opportunities to the concerning team for escalation, further development and closure.

Skills and Qualifications:

– Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal, influencing, advisory and negotiation skills.

– Diligent work ethics with strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Greater Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban – 400059, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• telecounselling: 1 year (Preferred)
