Primary Responsibilities:
A deep knowledge of child-centred pedagogy and a passionate belief in children learning through play and environment.

Employing a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children

Working on the school teaching and learning plans for the early childhood

Observing each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem.

Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colors, do crafts etc.)

Track children’s progress and report to parents

Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children’s background and psyche

Collaborate with other educators

Required Certification/s:
Appropriate degree and teaching qualification.

ECCD is mandatory

Required Skills:
Excellent classroom management and organizational skills

Experience teaching in ICSE/IGCSE or international setting is an advantage

Strong knowledge of and experience with incorporating technology into teaching

Enthusiasm and creativity with a passion for teaching and learning

Excellent communication skills with colleagues and parents
