Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Prayagraj for a professional specializing in M.Sc. Genetics & Plant Breeding, with a strong interest in agricultural research and seed technology. The role entails conducting genetic and breeding experiments, developing and evaluating crop improvement programs, and analyzing data to support advancements in plant breeding. The candidate will collaborate with research teams to enhance seed technology and crop productivity, while also contributing to teaching, mentoring, and academic responsibilities at the university.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Genetics, Plant Breeding, and Seed Technology
- Experience in Agricultural Research, Data Analysis, and Crop Improvement
- Proficiency in Research Methodology, Experiment Design, and Statistical Analysis
- Excellent skills in Teaching, Academic Mentoring, and Research Collaboration
- Commitment to advancing agricultural practices through innovation and technology
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Genetics, Plant Breeding, or related disciplines
- Ph.D. in a relevant field (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, team orientation, and a passion for agricultural development
