Consulting with patients to understand their health concerns, discussing treatment options, treating patients, overseeing aftercare and physical therapy, and coordinating with other specialists, when necessary to determine a course of treatment.
Treat patients who require specialist orthopedic procedures to remedy conditions, dislocations and fractures, and damage to tendons, muscles, and ligaments.
Examining patients to diagnose bone, joint, ligament, or other musculoskeletal problems, including diseases, or injuries.
Prescribing medication to improve recovery and control pain after surgical procedures.
Determining and executing a proper course of treatment for the patient based on their clinical history and relevant investigations
Skills
Relevant work experience as an Orthopedician
Expertise in performing endoscopic and colonoscopy procedures
Relevant training &/or certifications as an Orthopedician
Comprehensive understanding of all bone and joint conditions and treatment options
Good interpersonal skills
Qualifications
MBBS, MS/ DNB (Orthopedics)
