1. To meet and exceed all sales (new and existing students) targets and KPIs as set out by the organisation.
2. Be accountable for individual’s and team’s monthly/quarterly sales (new and existing students) targets.
3. Provide consultation services to students or parents on ESL’s courses and be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for prospects, guiding them through the journey from first enquiry to final sale.
4. Administer placement tests to both local and overseas students where necessary, to ensure a good fit of products and learning needs.
5. To maximise opportunities for cross selling and up selling.
6. Follow up with customers who had their consultations and/or placement tests but did not register with the purpose of offering them alternative solutions to enrol onto a course.
7. To maximise conversion rates of enquiries/placement tests to registrations by following up telephone and email enquiries, ensuring smooth customer enrolment process.
8. To use Salesforce/LeadSquared CRM to monitor daily sales performance so that appropriate actions can be taken to meet or exceed sales (new and existing students) targets.
9. Provide an exceptional level of sales and customer management to all customers to ensure that all their needs and requests are taken care of.
1. To provide ESL’s students excellent post-sales services so that they enjoy a good experience with the organisation.
2. Attend to all customers’ requests and enquiries through all ESL’s channels in a timely manner.
3. Ensure that all existing customers are informed of re-registration promotions and periods through various channels as appropriate (e.g., in writing, telephone calls, EDM).
4. Register/reserve/waitlist students in appropriate batches and details are entered in the system accurately.
5. To handle and update online payment in the system accurately and payments received correctly for course registrations/placement test and others.
1. Be proficient in using relevant systems, such as CRM, MIS, student registration system (TCMS and OBS) and other IT systems or platforms used to ensure small operations of the school.
1. To always acquire and maintain an excellent level of product knowledge by attending product training and observing classes.
2. To acquire and maintain an excellent level of pricing, always discounting an offer knowledge through briefing and attending professional development and skills programs.
1. To input Teaching Centre data, following ESL’s guidelines, in the relevant systems and ensure that all databases and reports are updated and recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
2. To ensure that the background of online meetings is well organised and tidy, meeting professional guidelines.
3. Comply with the standing operating procedures SOPS per job requirement.
4. Any other duties assigned by the line manager.
5. Attendance at regular professional development, training and skills programs as required.
6. Full engagement with the performance management program PMPD.
7. Participate in projects as agreed and performance management.
8. Attend and complete all ESL mandatory e-learning modules.
