Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with HR, Operations, internal stakeholders, and external training vendors to plan and schedule training/educational sessions
  • Partner with internal stakeholders for optimal participation in training programs
  • Deliver learning programs to enhance employee effectiveness and ensure discussion-based learning
  • Recommend and coordinate updates to existing training material for continuous improvement of course content and program delivery techniques
  • Make content and modules
  • Plan and execute training related projects, such as training process improvements, cost analysis, and measurements of training effectiveness
  • Plan and deliver behavioral training for a range of employees front line leaders, mid-managers, and leadership interventions
  • Manage learning programs and IDPs for various employee cohorts
  • Designing e-learning modules and managing LMS

Our requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in training/learning & development/OD Intervention
  • Professional certification in training or behavioral assessments
  • Demonstrated knowledge in learning frameworks and content creation
  • Good knowledge of all Google suit, MS office
  • Proactiveness and responsibility.
  • Self-motivation.
