As the Specialist, Thrive Learning Programs you will bring value by being accountable for the effective analysis, reporting and validation of all just-in-time micro-learning module participation delivered on our Thrive (Axonify) learning platform. You will also be accountable for providing support and guidance to all leaders across supermarkets, pharmacies and warehouses in accessing and digesting their individual location reports. You will support the Learning Advocates in delivering tailored learning programs for the retail hourly and leadership Team Member population across Giant Eagle
Job Description
- Experience Required: 1-3 years in supporting a learning team with their reporting and analytics needs
- Experience Desired: Previous experience in Axonify or other just-it-time learning technology, reinforced learning programs or gamification technology
- Education Desired: Bachelors Degree
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the monitoring and collecting data on the performance of learning initiatives for the retail leadership and hourly programs.
- Field questions about reporting systems and reports that are used and generated by leaders for the Thrive program.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor performance to provide leaders with information required to make decisions regarding champion network and individual team member performance
- Support the maintenance of the Thrive platform to generate reports
- Provide senior leadership with data gathered from the Thrive program in order to improve program engagement and performance.
- Create regular reporting cadences and addressing ad hoc needs as required
- Analyze feedback and participation levels to ensure satisfaction with training programs
- Collect and analyze data on the program performance looking for opportunities to retire outdated content or recommend gaps to be addressed
- Provide support to the entire Learning team as needed
