Full Job Description
- Work as an Education Counsellors and drive sales for the organisation for allocated centres Able to manage people, train and guide them as and when required to optimise sales targets
- Efficient Lead Management with optimum utilisation of new leads
- Optimum lead nurture and ensuring the sales metrics lie within the company designed benchmarks
- Optimizing the process to ensure the right expectation setting with the lead and onboarding the customer
- Ensuring an ethical and clean sales culture within the team
Skills Required :
- Sharp with Data and able to derive basic analysis. Comfortable with Excel/Google Spreadsheets
- Strong communication skills
- Customer knowledge is preferable
- Solid Team Management and people management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹450,000.00 – ₹550,000.00 per year
