1. Training Programmes and how it can be best utilized in
classroom learning
2. Thorough knowledge of the Documents prescribed by the govt. bodies as it applies to
early childhood education for teachers and students
3. Should be able to Research and analyse resources to refine and standardise the training
program
4. Proactively take initiative and come up with various idea to create interactive training.
