Job Description
As a Communication Trainer, You Will
- Conduct NHT and refresher training based on the TNA/TNI findings
- Be responsible for driving excellence in communication in associates transactions
- Evaluate associates transactions on Customer Experience and identify gaps in knowledge/skills and publish findings
- Provide feedback and coaching to the associates
- Conduct tests/assessments before and after the training interventions
- Participate in calibrations (internal and external)
- Document individual associate’s performance
- Create suggested verbiages and preformatted responses to address emerging issues on the floor, while seeking relevant approvals (internal and client) and cascade it across the floor
- Publish reports – daily, weekly, and monthly
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures
As a Communication Trainer, You Have
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Inclination towards reading/analysis/gap identification
- Proactive and willing to go an extra mile to achieve the desired goal
- Excellent team player and willingness to coordinate with different functions
- Self-driven and have passion to coach and motivate associates
- Fair knowledge on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
