What will be my work as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) at EduRev?
  • If you have a knack for teaching (any subject), this is your opportunity to reach millions of students & impact their lives.
  • You will be creating educational videos to teach millions of students through EduRev App/Website & YouTube channel.
  • You will create subject videos, guidance videos & study material to help students prepare for different exams and strategize on how to prepare for the exam.
  • You will review the courses on EduRev to ensure the highest quality of content is provided to the students to prepare for the exams.
  • You will be working to improve the quality of the content/courses of different categories offered by EduRev. This will involve making changes at the structure level to the minute details of what all is provided in a particular piece of content.

What do we expect from you?
  • If you have a knack for teaching (any subject), this is the opportunity for you to prove to the world that you can be a great teacher. Also, please mention in your resume the subjects/topics that you can teach. We’re looking for individuals who can teach the following subjects/exams:
  • Chemistry for JEE / NEET
  • Mathematics for JEE / NEET
  • Biology for NEET
  • Quantitative Aptitude & LRDI for CAT
  • Verbal Aptitude for CAT
  • Science for Class 6 to Class 10
  • Mathematics for Class 6 to Class 10
  • SST for Class 6 to Class 10
  • Generalists for Class 1 to Class 5
  • Different Subjects for UPSC (History, Geography, Polity & others)

(please note that knowledge of these subjects is preferred not mandatory)

  • Prior experience in making educational videos (definitely a big plus)
  • Experience in teaching or creating / curating content for any educational company / platform or coaching institute.
  • Good understanding of data, quality of content, and an understanding of user requirements, what’s important for students & what not. And hands-on experience on Google Sheets / Excel is a plus.
  • Ability to do online exhaustive research for competitive analysis and understanding the content which is offered by different platforms/books.
  • Edit & revise content by measuring and analyzing what is working and what isn’t with regard to the organization’s content efforts by doing market research or as shared by the learners.

Compensation
  • It will be a combination of Cash + ESOPs.
