*OET training and coaching for all modules through a structured training program (practice and instructional material to be provided by the institution)
*Monitor training needs of students to identify gaps and address them as deemed appropriate
*Teaching grammar to students as deemed necessary
* Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills with weekly mock tests
*Stay abreast of new trends and tools in ELT methodologies
* Keep attendance and other records (results of mock tests, maintaining a repository of teaching materials)
*Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions
* Conduct student evaluations to identify areas of improvement and maintain records
Trainer requirements:
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certificate is a prerequisite to applying.
Understanding of effective ELT methodologies
Organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and using the internet for emails, downloading ELT resources
Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in OET training and virtual classroom
