Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducted training sessions to provide students with the tools they need for successful interpersonal communication.
• It involved teaching how to improve various attributes, such as their speech, body language, behavior, etc.
• Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the students and planning the training.
• Instruct students in job seeking, application procedures; resume writing, interview preparation and job retention skills and attitudes.
• Facilitate career counseling, evaluation, skills training, job readiness training and other activities related to employment transition.
• Groomed the students and enhanced their physical appearances to emanate confidence and business professionalism; prepared them for professional interviews and other meetings

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Must Have IELTS certification.
• Good Interpersonal Skills, Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge and Ability to use different training methodologies aligned with the audience profile.
• Presentable, Motivator and good leadership skills.
• Local Candidates will be preferrable.
• Must know Nepali Language.

Experience: 1-3 years.

Salary: 25,000- 30,000 per month.

Job Location: – Singtam, Sikkim.
