Roles and Responsibilities

Understanding the customers need and counselling regarding our courses and helping them for course selection.

Generating the revenue for the company by selling the courses directly to the Students.

Regular follow up through phone, email etc (Advice/ Counsel students regarding various universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, scholarship, test prep, pathways, premium admission counselling etc) Assessing student goals and objectives, and credentials using the appropriate internal tools.

Will be responsible for counselling students and handling their queries.

Telesales, Counseling, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills Rep

Provide leads, suggest suitable products to clients to improve contribution and client base.
