The overall purpose and main responsibilities are listed below:
Education coordination & delivery
- Identify, develop, and support implementation of innovative Med Ed channels, models, platforms, tools in alignment with Sanofi strategy
- Identify and implement innovative and impactful (digital) communication tactics
- For prio franchises: Identify, develop, and drive top Med Ed tactics that present a strategic interest to SP, measuring and maximizing reach, participation, value, learning, behavior change, and ROI
- Provide regular metrics and outcomes info, highlighting key insights, unfilled educational gaps, and activity needs
- Assist with analysis of program outcomes for adherence to learning objectives and proposed outcomes
- Maintain strong knowledge of relevant legal, regulatory, compliance, integrity policies to ensure adherence
- Ensure content and delivery is compliant to adult learning principles and is in-line with current data on HCPs engagement to medical information/education
- Build strong working relationships with external and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., communications) to ensure alignment, maximization of activities
- Identify, create, and manage cross-functional teams to execute activities efficiently and effectively
- Manage agencies, including briefing, negotiating, pricing, ensuring that deliverables are of high standard
- Manage internal trainees/apprentices as needed
- Control/monitor expenses and manage budgets effectively, using appropriate systems (e.g. Ebuy, Naya)
- Set-up and maintain how-to toolboxes for non-prio franchises
- Advise and counsel local teams for activities
Environment scouting
- Analyse and report on competitors’ activities and trends
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance to processes and policies
