Job Profile includes:
1. Handling customer queries/issues related to software.
2. Troubleshooting of software issues and ensuring to resolve the issues/queries.
3. Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues.
4. Handling software training to customers.
5. Selling Software over calls & emails.

Office location: E-Block market, SBS Nagar, Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹32,000.00 per month
