Roles and Responsibilities
1) Be primarily responsible for the academic quality of the school with its teachers and students.
2) Be responsible and accountable for setting and advancing the academic strategy.
3) Promote English speaking among staff and students.
4) Ensure to prepare monthly planners for students and staff and cross check the worksheet and examination papers prepared by the Academic Coordinators.
5) To ensure that the syllabus is prepared for all term exams.
6) To contribute to the development of the curriculum by involvement in discussions with various publishers, generation of ideas and decision-making.
7) To guide and assist each Academic Coordinators and to utilise the particular skills and strengths of each teacher.
8) Ensure that proper trainings/workshops are being conducted at all the centres and assessment based on the training is taken.
9) Ensure to take parent orientation and address the complaints/issues of parents and students.
10) To ensure that activities/events are planned from time to time and the same is mentioned on the school calendar.
11) To provide lively, stimulating classroom environments throughout all the centres in terms of lessons, wall displays and use of resources.
12) To keep a track of attendance/regularity/performance of coordinators, incharges, teachers and students.
13) To ensure that the time table is prepared for every teacher group and is being followed on daily basis.
14) To have detailed discussions on problems faced by the teachers in class room, teaching aids, syllabus completion etc.
15) To ensure proper training is provided to your teacher group after 1:30pm every day by your Academic Coordinators.
16) To ensure that lessons plans/worksheets/question papers etc reach the centres on time.
17) To ensure that all teachers/incharges are doing the markings in Academic Software on time.
18) To ensure that the course as decided for the various terms is completed in time and enough revision is done for the benefit of the students.
19) To give guidelines/tips for setting error free question papers for the various term exams.
20) To interact with students also to get the feedback on actual state of syllabus, HW and CW. This would help in observing the teachers and incharges performance.
21) After the results are out, take a faculty meeting to find out how was the result, how it can be improved, any difficulties faced by teachers, students etc and try to find out a solution.
22) To keep a register and record of all meetings and points discussed and problems solved.

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
