Provide guidance in terms of College & Career Counselling to High School.

Job Qualifications

Required:

• Graduates / Post Graduates with hands-on experience as College & Career Counsellor

– Good verbal and written communication skills – must be able to reach out to, and network with, professionals across the industry from different regions (India, US, Europe, etc.)

– Excellent research skills – the ability to seek valid and genuine information (beyond just googling) about careers, colleges, entrance modalities, etc.

– Willingness to learn – this is a field that is constantly changing and evolving; no matter what the previous experience, being a lifelong learner is absolutely critical

– Teamwork and Empathy – the ability to understand and empathise with students and their families; the ability to work well as a team with the current counsellor, other teachers, school administration, and the larger counsellor network and university representatives

Preferred:

• Ability to create a good and peaceful work environment

• Candidates from Hyderabad preferred
