ASPIRE – A Society for Promotion of Inclusive and Relevant Education, seeks a
Corporate Partnership and Fund Raising Manager for its Delhi office. Founded in , ASPIRE is a registered NGO working to ensure quality education for all children within the Right to Education framework. We work to strengthen the public-school education system through improved school governance, introduction of new pedagogical practices and empowering teachers and local communities. Currently we are able to positively impact children, local communities and schools in Orissa, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Delhi.

Job Description
Aspire is seeking a seasoned fundraiser to raise funds for the organisation. In this role, you will use your expert communication skills and keen sense of initiative to spot fundraising opportunities, develop relationships with potential donors, and manage fundraising campaigns. By coordinating events, writing proposals, you will hone your speaking, writing, and leadership abilities while moving Aspire closer to its financial goals.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, motivated, professional, and passionate about the role. We are looking for someone who believes in our mission and will demonstrate exceptional drive to further our existing fundraising efforts and help strategise and deliver

  • Responsibilities

  • Reach out to institutions, corporates, individuals, and foundations for fund raising
  • Effectively convey the organisation’s mission, vision, and programs to potential donors
  • Craft grant applications and fundraising proposals
  • Strategise and successfully execute fundraising campaigns
  • Organise fundraising events
  • Manage, support, and develop fundraising activities
  • Inspire new supporters to raise money, while maintaining and developing relationships with existing supporters
  • Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years’ fundraising, sales, or marketing experience
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to lead and influence funders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A passion to work for a cause, meet new people and raise funds
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, public relations, or a related field
  • Competence in Microsoft Office suite and donor management systems
  • Experience writing grant proposals, press releases, and/or fundraising letters
  • Confidence with public speaking
  • Remuneration: Depends on prior experiences and last drawn salary.
