Role Summary:As a JuniorMBA facilitator, you will be representing Clever Harvey in the offline orientation sessions that will be conducted in different schools to give students a taste of what they can expect in an actual classroom

Your objective is to ensure that student learning is not limited to the definition but is exposed to many real-world scenarios

The intent is to do a couple of activities with the students to help them discover their interests.Job Requirements:- The facilitator must be willing to travel to schools- The facilitator must be residing in Indore- The facilitator should be available during the first half of the day- The facilitator should be available for 5-6 hours per week- The facilitator should be flexible with the timings to pick up school sessionsKey Responsibilities:- Attend session delivery training, have a thorough understanding of the content- Facilitate smooth sessions for the schools assigned- Explain concepts clearly to students, and answer their queries during/post the session to ensure complete understanding- Establish an interactive and fun learning environment for students- Conduct sessions per pre-determined delivery format and guidelines, encouraging consistent learning activities. – Guide students on their projects leaving feedback daily during/post class- Be receptive and available to seek post-session feedback from the content creators/training manager- Assist with any reasonable duties which may be assigned to you from time to time during your sessionsNumber of hours required per week: 5-6 hours a week between 8 am to 2 pmPlease note: This is not a remote position
